Illinois State Police report that the search remains active for the male suspect in an Olney murder case. Local and area law enforcement authorities along with the ISP are on the lookout for 19 year old Rick Meador. He is wanted for the shooting death of Kyle Johnson of Olney in Olney Labor Day weekend. Meador is a white male about 5′ 11″ tall weighing about 155 pounds with brown hair. He is considered as armed and dangerous. Anyone spotting him or knowing of his whereabouts should not confront him, but instead contact the nearest law enforcement agency.
