The driver of a pickup involved in a fiery fatal 2 vehicle accident in Evansville Monday has now been charged with 3 counts of Reckless Homicide. 42 year old Damon Busby of Henderson Kentucky remains injured in an Evansville hospital. Police say he ran a red light on U.S. 41 near Covert Drive and was speeding when his truck rear-ended a SUV stopped at an intersection. 3 people died in the afternoon crash. They have been identified as 36 year old Crystal Lawrence and her two children-Abigail 15 and Chase 6 all of Evansville. They all died upon impact after which their SUV burst into flames.
