The Knox County Sheriffs Department reports that 5 people including 2 Lawrence County men were arrested during a drug raid in Vincennes Wednesday night. Taken into custody at the Econo Lodge were 43 year old Jeffrey Metz and 45 year old Jeremie Cummins both of Lawrenceville. Metz was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Visiting a Common Nuisance. Cummins was charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance. Both were being held in the Knox County Jail. Also arrested at the motel location were 35 year old Ashley Harper of Vincennes, 33 year old William Hamilton of Oaktown and 33 year old Charles Scearcy of Fowler. All three were charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine and Maintaining and Visiting a Common Nuisance and were being held in the Knox County Jail.
