The St Francisville City Council met in regular session Wednesday and after discussion moved to seek cost proposals for the upgrading of the city’s water delivery system. The city sells water wholesale to various entities and is looking to improve such things as pumps and filters in the future. The council also approved the use of state money given to the city for its use on replacing sidewalks and working on ditches. $45,000 will be available to the city over a three year period with $15,000 already recieved. Also approved was the upgrading of WiFi service at City Hall through Frontier Communications.
