The Illinois State Police report that a Richland County woman is now in custody after being charged in connection with the shooting death of Kyle Johnson in Olney Sunday. Just before 5 p.m. Wednesday, the ISP along with the Richland County Sheriffs Department and Olney Police arrested 33 Tara Haws of Olney. An arrest warrant for First Degree Murder by Accountability had been issued earlier in the day for the woman. Haws was being held on $1 million bond in the Richland County Jail. Meanwhile the search continues for 19 year old Rick Meador also of Olney. He has been charged with First Degree Murder in Johnsons death. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact their nearest law enforcement agency. Meador is still considered as armed and dangerous and should not be confronted.
