Alec Mills of the Chicago Cubs pitched well over 6 shutout innings on a cool, damp night at Wrigley Field and combined with 4 relievers on a 5 hit shutout of the Cincinnati Reds Tuesday 3-0. David Bote drove in two with a triple and Javier Baez drove in the other in the contest. With the win, Mills moves to 4-3 on the season and the Cubs continue to lead the NL Central at 25-18. Game two of the 3 game series is Wednesday night with Yu Darvish (7-1) going for the Cubs and Trevor Bauer (3-3) for the Reds.
