The Illinois State Police have announced the results of the recent statewide “Saturation Saturday” campaign which took place on August 29th. During the 10 hour enforcement period, troopers arrested and removed 26 intoxicated drivers from the state roadways. They also made 68 other arrests for other offenses including Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Illegal Possession of Drugs and having active arrest warrants.
