The Illinois High School Association has announced it will modify the postseason for boys and girls golf, cross country, tennis and swimming and diving. Under a plan approved Monday by the Board of Directors, a single round of regional geographic competition will be held the week of October 19th through the 25th with the majority of the events expected on Saturday October 24th. The IHSA will be finalizing and releasing details for each fall state series tournament in the coming weeks.
