The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce is making preparations to celebrate a milestone in it’s history. Executive Director Paige Harvey reported to the Chamber Board of Directors Wednesday that they are planning a celebration of 100 years of existence. Preliminary indications are that the event could be held at the Chamber office or Havoline Hall both in downtown Lawrenceville in October. There could also be a change in the Chamber logo as part of the anniversary. More details will be forthcoming as plans are firmed up.
