Allendale Superintendent Bob Bowser has issued a statement declaring that his district will move to all remote learning effective Wednesday August 19th. Bowser indicated that the decision was made after much thought and deliberation and in consultation with various stakeholders in the district and with local Wabash County health officials. A main factor in the decision according to Bowser is the spike in COVID-19 cases seen in the county over the last week. Also factoring in was the desire to keep all students and the Allendale community healthy and safe while providing educational opportunities for kids.
