The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and other dignitaries were on hand Monday for a ribbon cutting for a new Lawrenceville eating spot-Buke’s Cafe at 1002 15th Street. The new venture is located in the former Pizza Hut building and is a family style restaurant that will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner Tuesdays through Sundays from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. The business is named after the Albanian owner’s daughter who is one of the operators of the location. Buke’s Cafe will offer traditional American foods such as sandwiches, burgers, steaks, salads, seafood, pasta, desserts and other dishes.
