The Indiana State Department of Health reports 603 positive cases of COVID-19 Monday to bring the state total to 81,006 since the pandemic began. There were 6 new deaths Monday to bring that total to 2,926. The Knox County Health Department reports the number of cases is now up to 196 in that county with the third confirmed death Monday. The Vincennes Community School Corporation has reported another Lincoln High School positive case-that is now 5 active in the corporation with all under medical quarantine. There have been no student hospitalizations. There are also reports of a kindergarten case in the South Knox school system with that entire class being sent home for quarantine.
