BIG TEN POSTPONES FALL SPORTS

The Big Ten Conference announced Tuesday that it was postponing all fall sports this season due to safety concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic. Commissioner Kevin Warren issued the statement saying it was extremely tough decision affecting thousands of student athletes in the league. The sports included in the announcement include football, cross country, field hockey and soccer. The Pac-12  also announced it was postponing fall sports. Both conferences say they are exploring the possibility of playing their fall seasons in the spring.
