The Bi-State Authority met in regular session Tuesday at the Mid-American Air Center. They approved U.S. Department of Agriculture grant conditions for the funding of the electrical generator replacement project at the airport. Also approved upon recommendation of the Finance and Budget Committee was the fiscal year 2021 budget with insurance coverage changes. The budget will be sent to the cities of Lawrenceville and Vincennes for review.
