The Vincennes City Council met in regular session Monday at City Hall. Representatives with the Pantheon Theatre project in downtown Vincennes were on hand to give a progress report on the work being done to create a business incubator at the location. Executive Director Nicole Like says that construction is progressing and there are plans for a fall grand opening in October of this year. No firm date has been set. The city is a partner with others in the project. Kirk Bouchie, General Manager of the Vincennes Water Utilities Board was also on hand to make his annual department report and water and sewer rate review results. Bouchie indicated that after the review, it was decided that no rate increase would be recommended at this time.
