ARREST MADE IN SOUTHWEST INDIANA SHOOTING

A southwestern Indiana man being sought in a Friday evening shooting incident is now in custody. The Sullivan County Sheriffs Department reports that Dustin Turley was arrested this past weekend after a tip as to his whereabouts. He has been charged with Attempted Murder after alledgedly shooting a Hymera Indiana man following a domestic dispute with him. The unidentified victim is in serious condition at an Indianapolis hospital. Turley is being held on $5o,000 cash bond in the Sullivan County Jail.
