The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department reports the arrest Wednesday of 39 year old Robert Kocher of Bridgeport. He was preliminarily charged with Domestic Battery. No other arrest details in the case were given. Kocher was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending bond.
