The Bi-State Authority met in regular session Tuesday evening at the Mid-American Air Center northeast of Lawrenceville. Airport manager Kurt Schwartz reported that grant funding had been recieved for the water plant generator project. There was also discussion on the 2020-21 fiscal year budget and three bids were made for the Ultralight Hanger construction project.
