Lawrenceville Police Monday arrested 48 year old Kelly Noble of French lick Indiana for Failure to Appear for Court Review. Noble was booked into the Lawrence County jail and was being held on $1500 bond. Vincennes Police arrested two people after a domestic disturbance at a Landrey Drive location. Taken into custody were 29 year old Justin Boger and 27 year old Heather Plank. Both were charged with Domestic Battery and were being held pending bond in the Knox County Jail. A traffic stop in Vincennes led to the arrest of 24 year old Bryce Cummins of Vincennes. He was found to be Driving While License Suspended. He was also charged with Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia and was being held on $5000 bond in the Knox County Jail.
