ILLINOIS CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

The Illinois Department of Public Health reported nearly 640 new cases of coronavirus Sunday across the state with only 6 deaths. That is the lowest daily number of deaths since March 25th. The totals now brings the cases of the disease to over 147,000 and the total deaths to over 17,000 since the pandemic began. Lawrence County stayed stationary over the holiday weekend at 7 cases with 1 still active at home and no deaths. White County reported 2 cases over the weekend and is now at 8 total. Richland County remains at 4 cases, Wabash County at 23 and Crawford County at 18. All those surrounding counties have reported no deaths.
