The state of Indiana will keep capacity limits in place for resteraunts, bars and entertainment venues because of worries about a potential spike in COVID-19 cases. Governor Eric Holcomb announced Wednesday that he is pausing his reopening plan at Phase 4.5.  It had called for those restrictions to be lifted this weekend in a move to Phase 5. Holcomb says they will stay in place until at least Saturday July 18th as a precautionary move. The state will also continue the current 250 person limit for social gatherings. Holcomb did indicate that an update on the plan would be coming next Wednesday. Meanwhile Knox County remained at 63 confirmed cases as of Wednesday.
