The Fourth of July is still a few days off but people in the area can get a taste of it Saturday in St Francisville. Organizers say there will be a celebration at River Park. It will begin with a breakfast of biscuits and gravy in the morning with various activities planned throughout the day including a softball tournament at the ballpark and a lighted boat parade after dark. Food such as coneys, hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. The highlight is a fireworks display at 9 p.m.
