The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 715 new cases of coronavirus across the state Wednesday with 64 additional deaths from the disease. One of those cases was number 7 here in Lawrence County. The local health department reports that an individual in their 50s did test positive. That person is now in home isolation with contact tracing taking place. The other 6 cases in the county have recovered. There have been no deaths. No other information is being released.
