Cheif Justice Thomas Tedeschi has issued an Administrative Order which authorizes the courts in the 2nd Judicial Circuit to resume hearing non-emergency cases effective Monday June 1st. The order allows the various Resident Circuit Judges to get back to regular court scheduling that was postponed back in mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Second Judicial Circuit includes Lawrence and 11 other counties.
