It is official. Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzger’s “Restore Illinois” reopening plan enters into Phase Three on Friday. Salons, barbershops, gyms, business offices, retail stores and churches across all regions of the state can reopen under IDPH safety guidelines. Bars and resteraunts can also open but only with outdoor seating and carryout. The IDPH Guidelines for everything from athletics and youth sports to manufacturing and office facilities are available for Phase Three at the Illinois state website.
