HEDDE CENTER CONSTRUCTION APPROVED

The Good Samaritan Hospital Board Of Governors Thursday approved the plans for beginning construction of the Charles Hedde MD Health Education Center on the hospital campus at 7th and Nicholas Street. The 4500 square foot health center will accomodate 244 occupants for stadium seating capacity and 144 occupants with just tables and chairs. It can also be divided into three seperate conference room for training classes and other uses by hospital staff, the community, and resident physicians. The redesigned project was awarded to Wolfe Construction who was the lowest bidder. The projected costs of the Center is approximately $2.4 million.
