109th District Republican State Representative Darren Bailey says a federal magistrate judge will rule on his lawsuit against Governor J.B. Pritzgers executive orders by Wednesday June 10th. The judge indicated that to both sides during a teleconference meeting this week. He also agreed to Bailey’s request to expedite the matter quickly. The judge’s ruling will only deal with where the case will be heard; either in federal court as preferred by the Illinois Attorney General or in circuit court prefered by Bailey.
