Illinois Governor J.B Pritzger had some good news Monday. He indicated that most of the state is on track to move to the next phase of reopening at the end of the month. If the numbers keep improving…at least three of the states four regions under the plan will be able to move to Phase Three. That is when retail stores, barber shops and hair salons may open with restrictions. The area of concern is the Northeast Region which includes the city of Chicago and it’s suburbs. the governor went on to say it remains important to not just open everything back up at once. However many critics of the plan say it moves too slow and provides very few specifics.
