The two men charged in the death of a Paris woman were scheduled to be in court Tuesday. Both 36 year old Christopher Glass of Mason and 37 year old Aaron Kaiser of Beecher City are due for their first appearances with counsel. Glass is charged with three counts of first degree murder in the shooting death of Kimberly Mattingly on Kaiser’s property in early April. Both are charged with concealment of a homicidal death for burying the womans body on the property after the shooting.
