Indiana authorities report one man has died after a two vehicle collision late last week in Pike County. State Police report a 1996 Ford pickup being driven by 33 year old Andrew Woolsey of Winslow was traveling west on Indiana State Road 64 and veered across center and hit a 2018 Freightliner Truck headon. Woolsey had to be cut from his pickup and was pronounced dead at the scene while the Freightliner driver and a passenger both from Louisville Ky were taken to Jasper Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Indiana State Road 64 was closed for four hours to clear the wreckage. The investigation is ongoing with toxiciology reports pending.
