The Indiana State Department of Health reports 17,835 cases of coronavirus in the state with a total of 1,007 deaths since the pandemic began. Gibson County in southwest Indiana reported it’s 7th postive case on Wednesday. Knox County remains at 20 cases. Governor Eric Holcomb is expected to announce modifications to his statewide Stay at Home Order Friday afternoon. He said Thursday that any easing of the order will not limit the authority of county or city officials from imposing tighter restrictions in their areas if needed.
