The Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigations is requesting the public’s help in locating a missing southeastern Illinois woman. 29 year old Kimberly Mattingly is from Paris and has been missing since Sunday April 5th according to her family. She is described as being 5 feet three inches tall with blue eyes and brown hair weighing around 160 pounds. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact their nearest law enforcement authority or the Illinois State Police.
