Authorities have identified the subject involved in that multi-county over 200 mile stolen vehicle pursuit though south-central and southeastern Illinois Friday. He is 44 year old Justin Keuhl of Tomah Wisconsin. Kuehl stole the vehicle in the city of Peoria and led several law enforcement agencies on a chase winding south eventually into Edwards County where he was finally stopped by stop sticks at Albion. Kuehl was charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Aggravated Reckless Driving among other offenses. He was being held pending bond in the White County Jail at Carmi.
