The Lawrence Unit 20 Board of Education met in a rescheduled session Wednesday night at Lawrenceville High School cafeteria. They received an update on preparations by the district for Remote Learning Plans being implemented for next week for Parkside Elementary, Parkview Junior High and Lawrenceville High School. Approved was the bid of Personal Mobility to replace two of the three wheelchair lifts at Parkview Junior High for approximately $46,400. Reports were also made on the ongoing student meals program and prom and graduation for Lawrenceville High School. Those events are currently on hold and have not been cancelled.
