Donna Rose Weir

Donna Rose Weir, a loving mother and grandmother, died unexpectedly in her sleep at
her home on Monday, March 30, 2020 at the age of 44. She was born in Evansville on
October 6, 1975.

Donna enjoyed spending time with her loved ones (her “Peeps”), listening to her favorite
music, and watching GOT, SOA, and classic movies. She earned her GED and took
several college courses. She measured wealth through her many friendships, had a
wonderful sense of humor, and a strong spirit to survive.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother, who was deeply loved, and will be missed
by family and friends.

Donna is survived by: her grandparents- Alberta and Jack Salwaechter of Booneville, IN:
her parents- Doris Kenny and husband Kevin and Don Phillips all of Evansville: her two
children- Jonathan Weir and Morgan Stanley and husband Alex: five grandchildrenBraxsen, Zaiden, Isabella, Brayzee, and Silas: and by many loving aunts, uncles, and
cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Weir, and her paternal grandparents,
Rose and Gerald Phillips.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the State of Illinois mandates and requirements, all
services for Donna at this time will be private. And according to her wishes, cremation
will take place. A celebration of life will be planned when gathers will be safe to attend.
