RIGHTER AND BAILEY OFFER CONSTITUENT HELP

Both 55th District State Senator dale Righter and 109th District State Representative Darren Bailey are offering constituents in their districts help with regard to the coronavirus outbreak. Righter says that people can reach his office in Springfield and Mattoon with their concerns via phone at (217) 235-6033 or by e-mail at drighter@consolidated.net. Bailey is advising small businesses in his district which includes Lawrence County to consider applying for the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program grants. Those grants are available to small businesses with less than 50 employees. $20 million in funds will be available through a partnership with local governments and grants of up to $25,000 in working capital will be awarded.
