Vincennes Police report a man is in custody after being involved in a disturbance near 6th and College in Vincennes. Officers responding to the scene discovered that 20 year old Allen Patton was alledgedly involved in an altercation at the location. He was charged with Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and Resisting Arrest and was being held on $4000 bond in the Knox County Indiana Jail.
