A southwestern Indiana man has been charged with Child Exploitation and Child Pornography. 51 year old Tony Biggs of Evansville was arrested on a Vanderburgh County warrant this week at his place of employment without incident. His arrests culminates an investigation that began in 2018 by the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit into images of child pornography being transmitted via Facebook. He is being held on bond in the Vanderburgh County Jail in Evansville.
