Four Lawrence County players were selected to the 2019-20 Little Illini Girls Basketball All-Conference teams. They were picked by vote of the league coaches. Both Jayley Akers and Chaylee Shick of the Lawrenceville Lady Indians were voted to the first team. Katelyn Higginbotham of the Lady Indians and Hannah Murray of the Red Hill Lady Salukis were both honorable mention selections.
