The Vincennes City Council met Tuesday night as a Committee of the Whole to recieve updated information on the progress of the Pantheon Theatre Project in downtown Vincennes. The project is to renovate the former theatre at Fifth and Main Street into a business incubator. Knox County Commissioners President Kellie Streeter was on hand to talk with the city leaders about how the work is going and the county partnership with the city and other entities in financing it. The project was scaled back to one floor after some cost overruns. There are still plans for a potential opening early this summer.
