The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Wednesday arrested 36 year old April Penrod of Mt Vernon Illinois. She was wanted on a Lawrence County warrant for Violation of Bail Bond. She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held on $30,000.
