The IECC Board of Trusteees met Tuesday night in Fairfield and approved an increase in district tuition and fees for students for Fiscal Year 2021. The in-district tuition rate will increase from $92.00 per semester hour to $100 per semester hour. The Board will consider the renewel of the contracts of all four college Presidents at their April meeting. New trustee Barbara Shimer of Robinson was formally sworn in and took her seat on the Board filling the vacancy left by the resignation of James Lane. The Board also took action toward the approval of a $3.85 million issue of Protection, Health and Safety bonds. Final approval is expected next month.
