Lawrenceville pole vaulter Cole Sumner continues to put together a fine season. He was fourth in the competition at the GVSU Big Meet Invititational in Allendale Michigan. His mark of 15 feet 3.75 inches moved him to 6th spot on the NJCAA list. His teammate freshman Matteo Capello continues to break records. During the meet he vaulted 17 feet 5.75 inches to break his own NJCAA national record and his own VU school record. The VU Track and Field Trailblazers will compete Friday at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.
