FARMING HISTORY EXHIBIT

The Lawrence County Historical Society has announced it will open the History Center located at 12th and State Streets in downtowm Lawrenceville for the next three Sundays. The center will open from 1 until 3:30 p.m. to allow the public to view the exhibits celebrating Lawrence County agriculture and the Lawrence County Farm Bureau. The Farm Bureau is celebrating it’s 100 year of existence since being founded in 1920. In addition to the exhibits, the historical society’s latest publication “Growing Aware: Farming in Lawrence County” will be available for sale.
