guilty-plea

Reports out of Wabash County indicate that one of the three men charged with the armed robbery of the Verizon Wireless store in Mt Carmel in late July of last year has changed his plea. 19 year old Jaylen Davis of Indianapolis was in federal court in Benton this week and as part of a negotiated plea agreement withdrew his not guilty pleas and instead pled guilty to Interference with Commerce by Robbery and Brandishing a Firearm During a Crime of Violence. He will face anywhere from 117 to 125 months in prison when sentenced May 12th. 18 year old Latrell Coe has already pled guilty to the same charges  and will be sentenced on March 24th and 25 year old Anthony Suber will stand trial on those charges on March 2nd.
