The Lawrence Unit 20 Board of Education will meet in special session Wednesday evening. Unit 20 officials inform WAKO News that they will gather at 7 p.m. at the Parkside Elementary Community Room. The Board will hold a public hearing regarding it’s intentions to sell Working Cash Fund Bonds to increase it’s working cash fund, approve the tuition waiver for non-resident children of Unit #20 full-time employees and discuss the PASS program. There is also an executive session scheduled to deal with personnel matters.
