The Lawrence County Senior Citizens Board of Directors has called a public meeting to discuss the status of the Sumner Senior Center. That session will be on Monday February 17th at 6 p.m. at the Sumner Attendance Center cafeteria. The center is still open and functioning with meals still being served. The hearing is to determine if there is enough interest and participation in keeping the center open.
