Rachel Hipsher has resigned as Executive Director of the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce. According to the Chamber Board of Directors, she is leaving to take a position at United Healthcare and this will be her final week. Hipsher has been Chamber Executive director for the past eight and one half years. . The Chamber Board is now accepting applications to fill the job.
