The Vincennes Rivet Lady Basketball Patriots broke open a tight game in the fourth quarter with some key baskets and held off the Lawrenceville Lady Indians down the stretch for a 53-46 win at LHS Tuesday night. The Lady Indians were paced in scoring by Katelyn Higginbotham with 12 points and Jayley Akers was held to 11 points. The Lady Indian JV were winners over Rivet 37-34 led by Gracie Stallings with 11 points. The loss was the fourth in a row for the Lady Indians who are now 14-11 on the season. They will host Casey-Westfield Thursday at LHS in a single varsity game only at 6:15 p.m. It will be Senior Night.
