The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has cancelled the flood warning for the Wabash River at Vincennes. The river Tuesday morning was at 15.03 feet-below the 16 foot flood stage. The river fell below flood Monday at 3 p.m. Central Time. It will continue a steady fall.
